Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is an issue, our team will assist you promptly.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The item arrived damaged

You received the wrong item

The product does not match its description

There is an issue with product quality or integrity

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened, used, or tampered items

Temperature-sensitive items that have been opened

Return Window

Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item, incomplete order), Northline Labs covers the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
